Room Booking

The Global Change Institute (GCI) at UQ offers a selection of collaborative meeting spaces on Level 2 of its building, including

• the Campfire Room (12–15 capacity),
• a Collaborative Room (65 capacity)
• a Seminar Room (65 capacity) 
• the Atrium (200 standing capacity).

Bookings are prioritised for UQ research and government-related initiatives aligned with the University's strategic goals. 

Please note: Users must follow setup and cleanup guidelines. For full details, refer to the GCI Room Booking Guidelines.

How to Book

1. Read the GCI Room Booking Guidelines for further details about the rooms, AV equipment and booking process.
2. Check the availability of the requested room via Outlook Calendar. 
3. Email your request to gci.roombookings@uq.edu.au.
