The University of Queensland and the Global Change Institute invite you to celebrate 40 years of 'The Science Show' on ABC Radio National -- showcasing the contribution Science Show host Robyn Williams has made to science communication in Australia.

The Science Show is one of Australian radio’s longest-running programs. Scientific issues, debates, events, personalities, exposing scientific fraud, discoveries and broadcasting pranks have been the hallmarks of The Science Show. Its unique content has given Australians fascinating insights into all aspects of science, from the physics of cricket to prime ministerial biorhythms.

The show’s host, Robyn Williams, has a distinguished career in science journalism and broadcasting.  He has conducted countless interviews with scientists on ABC TV on programs such as Quantum and Catalyst, narrated the Nature of Australia series and appeared in World Safari with Sir David Attenborough.
