What’s needed to mainstream AI into clinical practice?

At this month's Grand Round, Professor Ian Scott, Director Internal Medicine and Clinical Epidemiology at the Princess Alexandra Hospital, will provide  an overview of the projects that Metro South Clinical AI Working Group are currently leading, as well as some of the lessons they have learnt along the way.

Among Ian's many senior roles in healthcare are that of Professor of Medicine (The University of Queensland), Adjunct Professor of Medicine (Queensland University of Technology), Chair (Australian Deprescribing Network), and Chair (Queensland Statewide General Medicine Clinical Network).

The Queensland Digital Health Grand Rounds series is designed to bring clinicians, academics and researchers together to hear up-and -coming innovations and applications of informatics in healthcare. 

The sessions inform and update participants on the latest developments in research and how health informatics is translating to inform and directly impact clinical care and patient outcomes.
