GCI has a heavy duty, modular staging system available for hire in the Group Learning Room (273) or Atrium.

Any additional staging requirements must be added to standard room hire fees.*

Hire fees include free use of chairs from seminar room 275 (if room is available available).

Please note, stage seating capacity can be increased by using chairs or seating with a smaller footprint, however any alternative seating would need to be sourced independently.

Smaller configurations of the stage are also possible, however the setup fee remains the same. You might, for example, create a low-rise 4 x (2x1m) speaker podium in front of a three-tiered audience stage.

  • Each deck requires four legs, and all decks higher than 50 cm must be fitted with safety rails.
